We cannot be held responsible for unforseen delays and acts of God that prevent your item from arriving on time and are not able to offer a refund for your order or the delivery charge should this occur. It is very rare that delivery delays occur but but during peak seasons (Christmas, New Years, Valentines etc.) local depots can become overwhelmed with parcels which causes delays in deliveries, we again cannot be held responsible for these delays as they are beyond our control.

DPD & Royal Mail are our UK Courier Service, and the defualt delivery service is next working day from the date of despatch (Monday to Friday) Delivery. Please note that due to this may be a 2 day service for Northern Ireland & Highlands & Islands.
